San Diego TAP 8-Ball Independent (Singles) League!
8-Ball Independent League now plays at Pacific Q, Encinitas, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Players play for themselves and compete for cash payouts for the session division and playoff winners.

Playing in an independent (singles) league offers players the same weekly fun in socializing with fellow players as team play with the extra benefit of a little more flexibility AND is a perfect format for those who like to play for themselves!
In addition to exciting, fun weekly session competition, the benefits of playing TAP Independent League include eligibility to attend TAP National events! This year, TAP Nationals is in Las Vegas at Bally's Casino!
Active TAP members playing 8-ball in 2010 can form a Dream Team, 5 - 8 players, and compete in the Rally at Bally's Dream Team event held during the TAP Nationals! The cash payouts for this event are impressive!
Also, for those who prefer Singles events, active TAP members playing 8-ball can register and compete in the TAP National 8-ball Singles events!
San Diego TAP invites all bar and pool halls to participate. Any bar or pool hall can host an Independent League. Just contact Chris at (619) 415-5639 for more details. We will be happy to meet with players to discuss how you can get an independent league started in your area. All you need is 10 - 12 players to start a division.
